Customer service was excellent. Friendly and attentive. The work they did was great as well. I had new tires put on, an alignment and an oil change. I work during most of the day, so I was unable to return before they close. But they provide a convenient way to pay online from your device. I love that feature. Also, they send you an inspection report with pictures of your vehicle that you can look over and assess what you would like to have done, based on their recommendations. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will be returning.

We needed to hunt down some slow leaks that were getting worse as time went on. The Culpeper Tire & Auto staff were able to get us in swiftly, found the problem quickly, and fixed it for a very fair price. Not only did they fix the original problem, they looked over the major systems while it was in. They did find a few items of concern, but there was no pressure and no scare tactics, it was all informative. A great experience and we'll be going back.
