My experience was wonderful. The waiting area was very comfortable, warm and inviting. I also appreciated the kindness from the receptionist. As I was sitting and waiting for the work to be done. I was delighted to see that they had already sent me the information and recommendations for my vehicle. I then made my decisions on what repairs would be made or if I needed to make an appointment. Great customer service. I had four brand new tires put on and an alignment and driving home. I felt like I was riding on butter. I want to thank them so much for the awesome job they did for me. I recommend their service to anyone that needs auto repair and tire service.

I always worry about being taken advantage of when getting my car serviced/looked but here I never have to think about that m. They do very thorough checks and send an in depth report to you that includes photos of any problems they find as well as recommendations on service you may need. They are incredibly affordable and have always been able to fit me in with a days notice. I recently had them inspect a car I just bought to make sure everything was in tip top shape and left with peace of mind. I can’t thank this place enough for how helpful they’ve been to me.

OK I took my car too culpeper tires on January 20th 2022 to get it checked I told him that it could of been the Axel or the wheel bearing so they called me and saying it's not your wheel bearing it's your axel and tires rod im happy because that's what they said was wrong with my car so they called me and say your car is ready so I go pick my car up get in it drove it about half a mile up the street called them.back and say I still hear the same noise so she told me to bring it back so I did on Friday the Mechanic went to drive it again and promise me that it was not the wheel Bearing so on Saturday January the 22nd my husband took it to another mechanic and the mechanic got in it and said that it was the wheel Bearing OK so I waited until Monday call Culpepper tires back went back down there the owner took it and drove it hes gonna tell me that it's both wheel Bearing I pay them 883.00 for nothing that they did right bad service and bad young Mechanic it's not like I didnt tell him and then owner tell me that mechanic didnt hear it never again you have bad Customer service and the owner did nothing to help BAD Service

Service was fast and on time. I set up an appointment and they took the car in right away and inspected it. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Wonderful and friendly staff made my visit a pleasure.
