Took my car in on the 12th and had brakes, rotors and was to look at my a.c. to let me know the problem and cost because I knew the a.c. can sometimes be costly. I was given a loaner so I could continue without interrupting my day off and later was reminded about my oil change being due. I ended up having not only the brakes and rotors fixed but they also squeezed in my oil change and my a.c. was looked at and fixed. I am not knowledgeable about cars but its great I have people I can truly trust to look after me and my car and not just say things to add to the cost. Ive had uneasy experiences with some shops to where I left feeling that they had gotten over on me or didn't quite fix the problem just so I would come back and spend more money. Not Culpeper tire and auto. Everytime I have left feeling assured that the problem was fixed and fixed correctly leaving me feeling just a bit more comfortable and safe as I am behind the wheel out on the road. They are the best!

The whole team at Culpeper Tire & Auto Shop went above and beyond to help us with our Tesla. We got a flat tire on 29 between Charlottesville and Culpeper. Our car got towed to the shop late on a Thursday afternoon. They took a look at it right away, before we even got there ourselves. The damage was too extensive for repair and the wheel was also damaged. We had to get a new wheel, and again, they fit us right in first thing in the am. I highly recommend them. Super efficient and friendly customer service.
