Truly disappointed I went there on Tuesday to get my inspection and got rejected because my of my brake pads and rotors I told them I had new brake pads after they had rejected it and then they said oh yeah we noticed then why was it put on my paper ??? Then they said the rotors were off only by less than an inch and that’s why. So I went to a different place for a second opinion today and they said they brake pads were new and that the rotors were fine and the cut off is 2 inches. They asked where I got the first inspection and they said I wasn’t the first person that had commented about this place. They told me they could fix it for almost $600 for brake pads that I didn’t need and rotors that were fine. I do not recommend this place seems like they just want money. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Good morning, I’m sorry if your experience was one in which you felt taken advantage of. Per Virginia state inspection ANY amount of non-contact of rotor to pad fails state inspection. There is no measurement. There is no grey area. It is a major safety issue because it ultimately means your brakes are not engaging 100% of the time. We take our inspection program as well as our integrity to our customers extremely serious. I’m sorry if there was a miscommunication issue. We would would be honored to bring have you bring the vehicle in, show you the spots of no contact and also provide you the state guidelines we are bound by. Thank you for your feedback, we hope to one day prove that we are not a shop out for a bottom dollar.
